Anatole III

Anatol III is a comfortable single-story house with the possibility of adapting the attic for residential purposes. The building attracts attention with its numerous glazings. On the ground floor there is an open living area, with a spacious living room connected to the dining room and a large kitchen. In the center of the kitchen there is a place for a modern island, which will certainly appeal to many people. The pantry located next to it will allow you to hide small household appliances. In the left part of the house there is a toilet, a shared bathroom and three bedrooms. It is worth noting that the master's bedroom has a private bathroom and dressing room. The space under the stairs was used for a laundry room. The staircase itself, leading to the attic, was designed as a separate part, separated by a door. This solution will reduce heat losses if the attic is not adapted for residential purposes. In the unused attic, as part of the adaptation, a mezzanine overlooking the living room and two large rooms with beautiful windows can be separated. The project is available in versions without an attic for adaptation, with a larger usable area: Anatol and Anatol II.
