Ania's house design is a response to the need for a comfortable apartment for a family of three or four. Who wouldn't prefer to live in such a gem instead of three rooms in a block of flats? Ania is a nice house for a family of three or four people, one-story with an attic. Its unpretentious architecture will easily fit into any surroundings. A simple, modern architectural form built on a rectangular plan, with a symmetrical gable roof, gives a sense of order and harmony. Thanks to its simple shape, the structure of the house is easy and cheap to build. Modern finishing materials and facade wall cladding add variety to the front with an entrance arcade. The garden façade is decorated with a wooden pergola above the terrace accessible from the living room. The interior of the house is very spacious considering its small usable area. It houses - on the ground floor: a living area with a living room, a kitchen, a hall with a comfortable staircase, and an additional room (bedroom or office), bathroom and boiler room (gas, which can also be equipped with a solid fuel stove). In the attic there are three comfortable bedrooms with a bathroom. Therefore, for a house with a usable area of 82 m2, Ania is very functionally designed. This is not the end of the project's advantages :-). The house is very well insulated, and modern installations and technologies make it energy-efficient and cheap in future operation. The construction cost is very reasonable because Ania has a simple structure and an appropriate ratio of volume to the number of external partitions. This is a perfect house for thrifty, conscious investors who plan their future home according to their possibilities and real needs. The project is available in a version without a garage, but you can easily add a one- or two-car garage to the side elevation.
