Azalea III

Azalia III is a small, single-storey house without a garage, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A simple, gable roof without an eaves gives the whole a modern look, especially in combination with light plaster and black board on the facade. Similarly to Azalia and Azalia II, the body of the house, based on a rectangular plan, has been diversified with two indentations - providing protection against rain and snow when opening and closing the door and increasing the sense of privacy while relaxing on the terrace. The interior of the house is also divided into three parts. The middle is the day zone - a large living room with beautiful glazing, connected to the dining room, and an open kitchen. On both sides of this part of the house, a night zone has been planned - a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms. This layout will appeal to families with older children, as well as families with seniors - separating the rooms and bathrooms will provide privacy to each side, which is especially important in a small house.
