GROUND FLOOR UTILITY PROGRAM:
vestibule, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom, room, boiler room, veranda, garage.
A building with a compact shape, single-storey, covered with a gable roof. The maximum height of the building is 6.12 m. The newly designed building should refer in its form to the development occurring in the vicinity of the planned investment.
CONSTRUCTION :
Main construction and material solutions: The proposed building was designed using brick technology.
The main load-bearing structure will consist of: structurally reinforced concrete strips, foundation footings, longitudinal load-bearing walls connected with a banded ring beam, a gable roof supported on a wooden truss, rafter-collar beam structure with lower beams of class C-24 timber truss.
