The building is intended for a family of four. Most functions are located on the ground floor.
The building is clearly divided into parts: a living, open part, which can be accessed from the hall through a spacious hall; This part consists of one space: a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and an office, as well as relaxation terraces outside the building.
The second part of the building is separated from the public area and treated as an intimate sleeping area: with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a dressing room and a laundry room. There is a wardrobe and a toilet near the entrance to the building. Through the entrance separated from the hall, we reach a spacious garage, part of which was designated for the technical needs of the building (boiler room). In the attic there is a bedroom for one of the household members or parents, overlooking the living room with its own bathroom and wardrobe. The swimming pool part was designed to be adjacent to the office wall. The office gains indirect light from the swimming pool through two 210×210 windows. The swimming pool itself is connected to the rest of the house through the orangery room and lowered by 30 cm compared to the ground floor level. On the opposite side of the basin, at the back of the entire building, a sauna was designed, with an entrance from the pool bypass level. The swimming pool part is enriched with a living annex with a separate entrance, as an independent housekeeper's apartment.
