Design of a small one-story house with four bedrooms and a two-car garage. This is the largest version in the "Good" family of projects with the most extensive functional program. As in the other variants, also in the case of this project, the main advantage is a large number of rooms located in a small usable area. It is an energy-saving project with mechanical ventilation with heat recovery as standard.
