The design was based on a square plan, which makes it a cheap house to build. For complete comfort, all recesses in the block have been roofed. So we have a roof in front of the entrance and behind, over the entire terrace. This is an important architectural solution that allows you to fully use every square meter of Rubinowa 4. The interior is divided into a day and night zone. The traditional division into the living room and the kitchen, which is a separate room, has been preserved. This is a concept that can be easily modified. If you want to get a large, open space, just remove the partition wall between the living room and the kitchen. The comfortable rest area includes three bedrooms, a large bathroom and an additional toilet. We also thought about a wardrobe that helps keep things tidy.
