A house with a view 3 is a variant version of the popular House with a View project. The house has been significantly reduced in size, its area is 30 % smaller, as are the building construction costs. At the same time, the house has not lost its representative appearance, nor the utility program and functionality of the interior. It was simply "slimmed down" where it could be afforded. As a result, an elegant, small urban residence was created - a two-story building, consisting of a basic two-story building and several single-story buildings.
The house is dedicated especially to more difficult plots, with an unfavorable entrance orientation in relation to sunlight - with a garden on the side or front of the house. The architecture of the house is calmly modern, with harmoniously matched finishing materials and details. One of the main attractions here is the beautiful corner window in the living room and the void with a spacious opening to the mezzanine on the first floor.
This is an essential element shaping the entire interior of the house. It is complemented by: a spacious glazed vestibule, a partially open kitchen separated by a cuboidal pantry and kitchen structures, and a representative staircase connected to the fireplace wall.
The ground floor also includes a dining room, an additional room (office or guest bedroom), bathroom, boiler room and garage, with additional storage and utility space and its own attic. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, including a parents' apartment with its own separate bathroom and dressing room, a shared bathroom and a mezzanine - a library. The interior has everything you may need for a comfortable life for a family of 4-5 people.
A house with a view 3, thanks to terraces and arcades, it blends beautifully with the surrounding garden. Large glazing additionally opens the house to nature. The house was designed to be energy-efficient (very easy to adapt to the NF40 standard). The ratio of surface area to the effect achieved is very favorable in the design. The house will be inexpensive to operate, and the construction itself will be much less expensive than in the case of the House with a View project. The studio also offers a version of the house in a mirror image, a design variant 100+120 cm deeper, with a changed layout of rooms on the ground floor and first floor, a heat pump and adaptation to NF40 (House with a View 3 variant B), a medium-sized version (House with a View 2 ), and a comfortable version (Dom z Widokiem 4).
