Eco 3

The Eco 3 house design without a garage is an interesting proposition from the group of modern single-family house designs Dom Dla Młodych. Eco 3 is a very expressive design of a single-family house with an attic, for a family of 3-4 people. This interesting house has a simple and effective form, and thanks to its small dimensions and compact shape, it will be an economical house to build. In addition, a simple gable roof based on a knee wall approximately 90 cm high allows for maximum use of the attic, which will also contribute to savings during the implementation of this project. The ground floor of the project, as a general part, includes: a living room lit by large terrace doors, a fireplace is centrally located in the living room, thanks to which the heat from the fireplace will be evenly distributed to the surrounding rooms. In addition, there is a kitchen with a separate place for eating meals - a dining room. The remaining rooms on the ground floor include an additional living room, a small but comfortable bathroom with a shower tray and a laundry room with a gas boiler. The private part of the project is planned in the attic, which can be reached via a convenient staircase. The attic of the Eco 3 house includes: a small hall, two bedrooms, one of which has a wardrobe space. Between the bedrooms there is a comfortable bathroom with a large bathtub, bidet, toilet and two washbasins.
