A small single-family house designed for a 3-4 person family. The project is characterized by a compact, simple shape covered with a hipped roof. The architect took care of the details and appearance of the facade, so despite its small dimensions, the house looks extremely elegant. The advantage of the project is the spacious living area, which consists of a living room and a dining room. The night area consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom. By minimizing communication, it was possible to obtain spacious and easy-to-arrange rooms. Simplicity and minimalism as a way to reduce construction costs
Design Elka 2 was designed in brick technology on a square plan. The simple shape of the building was covered with a hipped roof. The elevation was diversified with wooden cladding and light clinker tiles, which looks extremely elegant and modern. The minimalism of the house and its size make it definitely count as projects of small and cheap houses to build.
A small house ideal for a 3-4 person family
Despite its small size, the Elka 2 project is house design up to 100 m2 usable area, the project includes everything a 3-4 person family might need. The living area consists of: a large living room with space for a dining table and an open kitchen. The night area includes two bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom. The author of the project also found space for a small boiler room, which can be successfully used for both gas heating and solid fuel.
Advantages of a terrace surrounding the house on both sides
The undoubted advantage of the project is the large terrace surrounding the house on both sides. There are three independent exits to it: from the dining room, the living room and one of the bedrooms. Thanks to this solution, we can use the sunny terrace or sit in the shade. To provide more privacy for the hosts, the author of the project suggested separating the terrace from the road with a small pergola. This solution, in addition to greater intimacy, also gives a unique atmosphere.
