Fabia IV is a small single-family house designed for a family of 4, appreciating modest architecture that fits into the atmosphere of the surrounding nature. Thanks to its simple construction, this project is cheap to build and operate later. The distribution of rooms on one level is a very convenient solution for the elderly and families with small children. The charm of this traditional building is added by the roofing, formed from the extension of the roof, protecting the main entrance and the terrace adjacent to the house. Inside the house, a clear division into the daily and private zones has been made. The open kitchen connects to the dining room and living room. Balcony doors leading to the terrace in the summer months allow you to enlarge the public area and illuminate the interior with natural light throughout the year. The fireplace in the living room will warm the household members on colder days. The private zone consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom with a place for a bathtub. The designed additional toilet is a perfect solution especially in the morning rush. A separate utility room and space for built-in wardrobes in the vestibule testify to the well-planned and used space of the residential part. The advantage of the project is high functionality and a clear arrangement of rooms. The whole function is completed by a single garage accessible from the boiler room. The project is available in a version without a garage - Fabia; with a different layout - Fabia II; in the version with a 2-st garage – Fabia III, Fabia V, Fabia VII and Fabia X; with a larger usable area and a 2-st garage. – Fabia VI, Fabia VIII, Fabia IX, Fabia XI, Fabia XII, Fabia XIII, Fabia XIV, Fabia XIVa, Fabia XV and Fabia XVa.
