The Fabio project surprises with its elegance, style and functionality. This one-story house with an attic is perfect for supporters of traditional style in architecture. The simple, compact body was covered with a hip roof with an angle of inclination of 40°, varied with charming dormers with balconies and covered with cement tiles. The usable area of the building is 122.36 m². It can be built on narrow plots with a minimum width of 18.28 m.
Single garage with a practical area - 19.79 m²
From the front wall of the building there is a block of a single-car garage, which will protect the car against adverse weather conditions and a potential theft attempt. You can store small items there, e.g. DIY tools.
Covered terrace in Fabio's house
It is adjacent to the back wall of the building corner, covered terracefrom which you can go straight down to the garden. It will be a great place to relax both on warm, sunny days and in the rain. Think about organizing a party or barbecue for your friends! So many investors, so many options! If you like gardening, you will be delighted with the results. The white, plaster facade is complemented by a clinker finish. There is a small guest toilet next to the entrance. The remaining part of the ground floor of the Fabio house creates an open space, which consists of a spacious living room (25.83 m²), dining room (9.30 m²) with a large table for the whole family and an open kitchen (10.65 m²) with comfortable adjacent to a small pantry (1.23 m²).
The living room is a unique place, because in addition to a large space, it also has a glazed exit to the terrace and a fireplace, which will be an additional source of heating during winter days.
The night zone at Fabio's house
The attic of the house is the night zone of the house separate from public areas. There are three adjustable, comfortable bedrooms and a large bathroom available to everyone. A unique feature of each room is access to a private dressing room and a separate balcony. Such practical amenities are a great advantage for families with growing children.
