A small single-family residential building, one-story, without a basement, with a single-car garage. The functional layout of the rooms ensures comfort for a family of three. Ergonomically and optimally planned, the space has been clearly divided into day, night and utility areas. The representative part of the house is a spacious living room connected to the dining room, which opens onto a large, covered terrace and kitchen. In addition to the living area, there are two bedrooms and a large bathroom, which constitute an intimate part of the house. A large boiler room, a garage and a utility room that can serve as a pantry and laundry room are located in the utility part of the house. The dimensions of the boiler room enable the installation of a boiler for any type of fuel. The building's plan was based on a rectangular plan, and the house itself was covered with a multi-slope roof. The house is therefore cheap and simple to build and inexpensive to maintain and operate.
