Gucio

The Gucio house design is a one-story single-family house with an attic for a family of four or five people. It was designed on a rectangular plan and covered with a symmetrical gable roof. The simple shape of the building combined with modern details and materials gives the house an attractive external appearance. Fragments of the facade covered with wood or HPL boards add variety to the white wall surfaces. Inside the Gucio house, on the ground floor, a single-space living area was designed, with a connected living room, hall, dining room with a bay window, and exposed representative stairs. The fireplace located on the external wall can be admired with a view of the garden at the same time. Large glass doors lead from the living room to the partially covered terrace. In the attic, in addition to a large bathroom, there are three comfortable bedrooms with small "slopes" and built-in wardrobes. The studio also has a mirror image version of the Gucio house. In the case of investments outside the Pomeranian Voivodeship: + PLN 15,000. PLN, outside the Republic of Poland: PLN 15,000. EURO and all documentation, arranging connections and accommodation for 3 employees are the responsibility of the Investor.
