The HOMEKONCEPT 81 project is a modern barn-type house, with a rectangular shape, covered with a gable roof. This project is a mixture of minimalism and joy of life, which is beautifully reflected in unusual solutions in the form of large glazing and a pergola.
Modernity and functional solutions in the HomeKONCEPT 81 house design
The design refers to the architectural "barn trend", which has been gaining popularity for several years. Despite the use of a gable roof, the structure is extremely modern. The traditional roof truss covered with titanium-zinc sheet makes the project perceived as industrial and minimalist. The restrained form of the building and the simply simple façade create an extremely coherent concept that fits into the Polish landscape in an extremely harmonious way.
Who do we dedicate this project to? Certainly for people who have a weakness for wood and appreciate its natural features. Silicone plaster is combined with dark facade boards, which look extremely elegant. It is worth realizing that in addition to aesthetic values, they guarantee excellent thermal insulation. What makes HOMEKONCEPT 81 stand out from other buildings with a similar style? Our architects made sure that this project was not monotonous by adding a decorative element in the form of a pergola extending beyond the profile of the house, located at the entrance façade and above the terrace.
The pergola gives the building an original character and also serves as a decorative roof. Its undoubted advantage is an interesting visual effect, but also the possibility of any arrangement, e.g. with live climbing plants, thanks to which it can perfectly harmonize with the garden.
