Irena_D61 is a unique, modern residence that impresses with its elegant form and functional solutions. It is a building with an attic, an extended ground floor and a single garage. One of the advantages of the building is a huge terrace on the second floor. The second terrace is adjacent to the living area on the ground floor. The shape of the building is very regular, sparing in details, and modern. It attracts attention with an elegant roof without eaves, as well as large glazing, in the living area reaching from the floor to the second floor.
An interesting solution used in the D61 project consists in adding an additional part to the main body, which has a separate entrance and is accessible from the house only through the garage. A double bedroom, a bathroom and a lounge are planned here. From the bedroom, glass doors lead directly to the terrace. These additional rooms can be adapted into the hosts' apartment, and if the hosts decide to live in the attic, this part of the interior will be perfect, for example, as guest rooms.
Entering the D61 house through the main entrance, we will find ourselves in the vestibule, and then - in the hall. Here, on the left side, there is a useful wardrobe, and opposite - a spacious room - an ideal place for an office. Going to the end of the corridor, we will find ourselves in its separate part leading to the garage. There is a bathroom on the left side. There is a large boiler room at the back of the garage. The most important and most representative room on the ground floor, forming the real heart of the whole house, is the living room. It is a comfortable, bright and spacious room. The feeling of spaciousness is enhanced here not only by huge glazing, but also by a mezzanine with an opening to the second floor. The living room is connected here with the dining room, which in turn is adjacent to the comfortable, open kitchen. A toilet is planned near the living room, by the staircase.
On the second floor of the D61 house, a room on the mezzanine has been planned, connecting both floors - it is a great place to arrange a second relaxation room. In the attic there is also a comfortable bedroom, a small kitchen, a dressing room and a bathroom. From the hall you can get to the terrace, equipped with stairs leading directly to the garden.
