A single-family house with a gable roof without eaves, an attic, and an enlarged front garage with an entrance from the side.
The facade was decorated with clinker tiles on the sides of the building, while the garage was finished with facade slabs. There are no windows on the sides of the building, and the attic is illuminated with roof windows.
On the ground floor there is an enlarged garage, which, in addition to the car, also has a parking space for a motorbike. The utility room is a link between the garage and the interior of the house. It is large, so you can safely use solid fuel heating.
The kitchen is located at the front, so we have good visibility of the gate and visiting guests. At the back of the house there is a spacious living room with a tastefully decorated dining area. The whole is complemented by a warm fireplace where household members gather to make important life decisions.
The covered terrace is a great place for blissful lazing at any time of the day.
The attic has three rooms. The master bedroom has its own private dressing room and bathroom. The other two have one separate, large bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and two washbasins. The adjacent storage room is a perfect place for a storage room where we can keep brushes, a vacuum cleaner or an artificial Christmas tree and baubles.
