Z273 a L GL is a compact single-storey house with a simple shape covered with a hipped roof.
We enter the house from the entrance arcade. The hall has a place for a spacious wardrobe. Further on, we can get to the right to the representative part or to the left to the private area of the household. The living area is a comfortable living room with a dining room, a centrally placed fireplace, large glazing and an exit to the covered terrace. The whole is complemented by a well-arranged, comfortable kitchen. In the second part of the house, three similarly sized rooms have been designed. Two bathrooms will increase the comfort of use. The large one has a window, the smaller one can be turned into a wardrobe, pantry or handy storage if necessary.
The z273 a L GL project is a functional one-story house with a single-car garage located on the left side of the building.
The advantage of the project is the simple construction - only one structural wall inside allows for almost any interior arrangement. The advantage is also one chimney riser, which reduces the cost of implementation.
