Catherine ZB1 is a semi-detached project which, thanks to the built-in garage, will fit on a relatively narrow plot. Dormers with balconies, designed both from the front and from the garden, are an interesting element that diversifies the shape.
The individual parts of the house are separated by multi-level storeys. On the ground floor there is a living room open to the garden with a fireplace. Integration is also facilitated by a large, partially open kitchen adjacent to the dining room, located in a charming bay window. The house has a single garage, which is connected to the house by a common hallway. A balcony and a partially covered terrace are provided from the garden side, which can be accessed directly from the dining room. In summer, you can put out the table and arrange an outdoor dining area.
Space for individual work or leisure is provided on the mezzanine and attic. Four rooms can be arranged as bedrooms or resign from one for a room for work or a guest room for your beloved mother-in-law. Each bedroom in the attic has a balcony.
