An extremely attractive, functional house with a simple and cheap, carefully thought-out structure, intended for a family of 3-6 people, with an elegant form and contemporary aesthetics. It is a single-story building with an attic, no basement, and a single-car garage. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area consisting of a kitchen (which can be closed or open depending on your needs), a sunny dining room and a living room open to the terrace and garden. The kitchen is complemented by a spacious pantry. Depending on your needs, the stairs in the hall can be open to the living room, thus enlarging the living space and constituting an interesting architectural element, or they can be isolated from the living room by a partition wall (see projections). Thanks to the daylight area being illuminated both from the garden and the side, the house is suitable for any plot, both with entrance from the north, south, east or west. Additionally, on the ground floor there is a guest room/office, a bathroom and a wardrobe/storage room with access to the garage, as well as a utility room (boiler room) accessible from the garage with access to the garden, so it can also be used as a storage place for garden tools. There is space for a large built-in wardrobe in the vestibule. In the attic there are three rooms and a spacious bathroom and an attic that can be used for an additional room, a dressing room, a laundry/drying room, a gym or a sauna.
