Krysia Z3

The KrysiaZ3 project is a small but comfortable house with a pleasant and warm external appearance, intended for a summer plot or as a year-round residential house. On the ground floor, a living room with a two-sided fireplace has been designed, perfect for long winter evenings or summer "sittings" on the terrace by the roofed grill. A bright kitchen combined with a dining room will meet the needs of every housewife. The dining room will fit a quite large table. On the ground floor, there are also practical storage rooms and places for built-in wardrobes and an independent utility room.
The attic contains three bedrooms and a bathroom with a separate small bathing area. On the garden side, the master bedroom has a dormer with a balcony – creating a full-height room.
The Z3 house design is available in several versions: with a bay window in the dining room, with a built-in arcade. For people who have cars, we have provided the possibility of adding a garage or a carport. All house designs are available in a mirror image version. In the case of investments outside the Pomeranian Voivodeship: + PLN 15,000, outside the borders of the Republic of Poland: EUR 15,000 and all documentation, arranging connections and accommodation for 3 employees are on the Investor's side.
