Krzysiek 54 is a modern and intimate one-story house. Thanks to the small width of the building (11.22 m), it can be placed on a narrow plot. The house has an entablature, so typical of our Studio, which makes it look very attractive from the front and from the garden. The subdued colors of the facade warmed by natural wood elements create a very interesting and timeless composition. Large, panoramic glazing perfectly illuminates the living room and dining room.
After entering the building, we find ourselves in a spacious vestibule, where our Architects have planned a spacious wardrobe and an entrance to a single-car garage. Moving further into the house, we reach the open living area. The living area consists of a living room connected to the dining room and kitchen. A small pantry was designed next to the kitchen, perfect for food supplies and tableware. The space in the living room offers many arrangement possibilities and allows you to create a comfortable place for family relaxation. The night part has two bedrooms, a large bathroom with an additional toilet and a dressing room. The bedrooms are very spacious and bright. From both rooms you can access the partially covered terrace. The house has a separate boiler room accessible from the garage.
