Marsala 2M is another version of a very popular house design with an attic. This building does not have a basement, but has a garage for two cars, which has been integrated into the body. The shape of the house is classic. The base is planned on a rectangular projection. Part of the garage was extended beyond its outline. The garage extension was used to place a balcony on its roof. The second balcony is on the opposite side of the building. The whole thing is finished with a steep gable roof. Its tracts were extended in two places, thanks to which a practical roof was created over the entrance zone and over the exit to the terrace. When designing Marsala 2M, particular attention was paid to the attractive external appearance, proper proportions of the body, good interior lighting and their functional arrangement. The house is distinguished by its simple structure and compact form. It was designed to be energy efficient.
There are a few steps leading to the front door of the Marsala 2M house. Right behind them there is a vestibule. This room provides a convenient connection between the garage and the apartment. There is not only a door leading to the hall, but also an entrance to the garage and a passage that leads through the pantry to the kitchen. Two cars can be conveniently parked in the garage, there will also be a place for bicycles or other types of equipment. The door on the back wall leads to a large boiler room with a gas stove and an exit to the outside. The area of this room allows the use of a boiler for any type of fuel. The boiler room can also be used as a storage place for garden tools.
The ground floor of the Marsala 2M house is an open day zone. It is surrounded on two sides by a terrace, and in the central point there is a fireplace. This bright and spacious room is very easy to arrange and provides excellent conditions for family integration and meetings in a larger group. The kitchen is large and comfortable with a spacious pantry. Depending on the needs, the kitchen can be closed or left open. There is also a bathroom with a shower cabin on the ground floor.
The attic of the Marsala 2M house is a quiet and functional private zone. It is divided into four adjustable bedrooms, all with access to balconies. In the middle, however, there is a shared bathroom with space for a bathtub, a shower cabin and a washing machine.
