It is a one-story house with a usable attic, without a basement, with a single garage in the body of the building. On the ground floor there is a comfortable living area consisting of a kitchen (which can be closed or open depending on the needs), a sunny dining room and a living room open to the terrace and garden. Thanks to the lighting of the day zone both from the garden and from the side of the dining room, the house is suitable for any plot, both with an entrance from the north as well as from the south, east or west. The kitchen is complemented by a capacious pantry, accessible not only from the kitchen but also from the vestibule, which makes it easy and quick to deal with large grocery purchases.
