Michał Z139 HB is a proposal for a single-story house with a gable roof. It consists of a simple, shapely shape, and the impressive finishing of the façade, by incorporating wooden elements, gives the house an interesting and unique look.
The living space of the house consists of a living room, located in its left part, connected to the kitchen and dining room. The right part of the house is the night zone of the household. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. The center of the building is a small corridor that connects both parts.
The Z139 HB project is an exceptionally functional and interestingly arranged building. It is perfect for people who value comfort and originality.
The time has come when we can have our own house in as little as 2 weeks. Just choose the right design (Z500) and start looking for curtains. Instead of bricks, ready-made elements arrive at the construction site. Houses are built like blocks. In countries such as Great Britain, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Japan and the USA, this is a very popular construction system.
SIP technology - that's what we're talking about here - has been around since the 1930s, and every year its supporters are growing all over the world - including in Poland. It is introduced to the market by Solcraft®, which offers new generation SIP panels: H-Block® and Thexpan®.
H-Block® and Thexpan® – Polish thought – global patents
H-Block® and Thexpan® are innovative, patented systems for building energy-efficient and passive houses.
H-Block® is an insulating structural panel made of polyurethane foam, enclosed in a box structure and permanently connected to the OSB wood-based cladding. Light but very durable, H-Block® is a construction material for the construction of load-bearing walls, ceilings, roofs and floors in single- and multi-family residential buildings. Unlike traditional SIP panels, H-Block® is reinforced with webs (ribs) made of OSB (H-Block®) or plywood (H-Blockplus®), and the space between them is tightly filled with polyurethane foam.
Thexpan®, in turn, is the world's first thermodynamic roof panel. It consists of two protective sheets, copper heat exchanger pipes placed directly under the sheet and polyurethane thermal insulation. Piping hidden in the roof serves as a solar collector that provides free hot water, powers the heat pump and clears snow from the flat roof, without the need to use a broom. Its appearance imitates the commonly known "seam" sheet metal - so it does not require additional covering.
The presented building is an offer to change the construction technology to H-Block®. After placing your order, Z500 designers prepare a professional one. The values given below regarding surface area, external and internal dimensions may change within the range of +/-10% due to changes in technology. The change in technology may also involve additional modifications to the interior layout resulting from the requirements of wooden construction.
