Monte 5 is a design of a small house. Charming and cozy, and also simple and cheap to build. Despite its small size, it is very comfortable to use and offers a spacious interior. The advantage of the project is a large living room open to the kitchen. A centrally placed fireplace and exposed stairs create an extremely attractive space. Importantly, there is also a guest room and an additional bathroom on the ground floor, thanks to which the attic will remain a zone exclusively for the household members.
The house has a solid fuel boiler room, separated from the residential part by a garage. Additionally, a gas installation was designed for people who want to use gas heating.
In the attic there are three comfortable rooms, a dressing room, and a large bathroom with space for a built-in washing machine. To fully utilize the surfaces under the roof slopes, a high knee wall was designed. When creating the Monte project, financial issues were not forgotten. Thanks to its very simple form and structure, the house is very economical. And the energy-saving solutions used ensure low operating costs.
