Oceanic

The Oceanic house design is a luxurious two-story house for a family of four or six people with a modern, compact shape, with interesting details and finishing materials. The two-story rectangular silhouette is covered with a gentle hipped roof with wide eaves. The facade is divided into horizontal strips: on the ground floor - a brick part covered with stone, on the first floor - wooden wall cladding. Thanks to large glazing and appropriate proportions of the facade, the house has a lightness to it. The garden façade in particular is very open. The front of the house is slightly more massive and solid, with smaller windows to naturally create a barrier to the interior from the street. The interior of the house has an extremely simple program and functional layout. On the ground floor there is a large living area, with a living room, dining room, spacious kitchen and hall with stairs. Additionally, on the ground floor we have a nice double garage, a boiler room and a room - study/guest bedroom. On the first floor there are as many as five rooms - a very rare thing in houses of this size. Five rooms, laundry room, drying room, two bathrooms and a large central dressing room. Of course, the division of rooms can be planned differently, but the most important thing is that the first floor is very spacious. The Oceanic house design is a proposition for all those future house owners who appreciate the modern look of the house, do not like attics with sloping ceilings, and need to have a lot of hidden space in the rooms - apart from the living room. At the same time, considering its size, the house has such a compact shape and simple structure that the cost of its construction is not very high. The Oceanic house design was designed to be energy-efficient, with plenty of good insulation and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.
