Cheap to build, energy-saving house with recuperation and solar installation.At Bajeczna 2, we will find what you can expect from a small one-story house - a successful composition of rooms and an open space that makes the house larger than it seems at first glance. Compared to the first house in this series (link to Bajeczna), the project has significant changes in the division of the interior. The living room has been opened to the kitchen and together with it and a large hall, it creates over 40 m² of sunny space. This modern living room provides an elegant fireplace, a comfortable sofa and plenty of space for a dining table and work in the kitchen. The night zone has remained unchanged and consists of three large rooms located in the back of the house. The largest of them is intended for parents and is located between two children's rooms. It is the central point of the night zone, a perfect base for parents who care about the peace and safety of their children. There are 2 bathrooms at the disposal of residents. The main one has a corner bath and shower to meet different needs and domestic situations. The smaller one provides for the installation of a washing machine, but it is large enough to accommodate a shower cabin in it, and the washing machine to be moved, for example, to the boiler room. The house at Bajeczna 2 is an energy-saving and low-maintenance house project. It has highly efficient mechanical ventilation schemes with recuperation and a solar installation. The modern exterior arrangement was based on natural accessories - stone and wood. Thanks to the optimized construction and the limited number of chimneys, Bajeczna 2 is a cheap house to build.
