The Riwiera 3 house design is another version of the popular "Riwiera" design - this time a variant of an extended house, with a smaller depth, suitable for a shallower and wider plot, with a garden in the rear side corner. Riwiera 3 is a convenient and comfortable house for a family of four or six people. On the ground floor there are living rooms, such as a living room, a hall with representative decorative stairs, and a kitchen, as well as a utility area with a garage and a boiler room, and an additional room - an office or a guest bedroom. The first floor contains four rooms, with a separate parents' apartment with a bathroom and a large wardrobe. Both floors are connected by an open void above the living room and a mezzanine in the spacious hall on the first floor. Thanks to this, the interior of the house is exceptionally attractive and seems even larger. The external appearance of the building is a modern shape covered with a multi-slope roof, with a façade separated by horizontal strips of cornices, varied with large glazed windows. The architecture of the house is both modern and unpretentious. The building will especially appeal to people who have a difficult plot - with a road on the sunny side. People who, on the one hand, need to let in as much light as possible into the living room and rooms from the south, and on the other hand, do not want to have a terrace at the front of the house, but a garden behind the house or on its side.
