Roberto II SZ is a project of a small but very functional house in frame technology. The building is topped with a gable roof, covered with titanium-zinc sheet metal or roof tiles. The clash of white, grey and wood on the facade makes the building look very elegant and modern. The offset on the front facade creates a functional roof over the entrance to the building. In the vestibule, from which we can enter both the hall and the boiler room and then the kitchen, a wardrobe for outerwear and shoes was designed. The utility program includes a day zone, which includes a kitchen, dining room and living room, and a night zone, including three bedrooms and a bathroom. The day area is full of natural light thanks to large glazing, including corner windows in the kitchen and living room connected to the dining room. A large terrace was designed along the entire width of the house, which is partially covered by extending the roof and resting it on wooden pillars. A single-car garage was added to the building, which was also covered with a gable roof. Roberto II SZ will be a comfortable home for a family of four.
