A single-family, detached house, one-storeyed, with an attic, partially with a basement, with a garage in the outline of the building. On the ground floor of the building, a single-space living area has been designed, consisting of a living room area with an open dining area, connected by stairs with the kitchen and the entrance hall. There is a study at the back of the stairs. The sculptural staircase to the attic is the dominant feature of the living room. The opposite fireplace wall of the living room borders on the grandmother's room. Grandma's room has its own bathroom. The part of the building at the back of the grandma's room has utility functions: a dressing room, a toilet, a utility storage room and a garage.
In the attic there are three children's bedrooms with wardrobes and a shared bathroom, parents' bedroom with a bathroom and dressing room, a TV corner and an additional bathroom with access to the ironing room.
A leisure complex has been designed in the basement, which includes: a sauna with a cloakroom and a toilet, a recreation room, a billiard room and a table tennis room. There is also a typical utility part in the basement: a boiler room, a cold basement, a laundry room and a storage room.
