House Project Emerald 5 We present another variant version of the house from the Emerald series. This time it is Szmaragd 5. A design of a single-family, two-story house, with a garage partially built into the body. The Szmaragd 5 house design is intended for a family of 4-5 people. The house has a modern, but not aggressive architecture. The building's shape is compact, covered with an envelope roof. Thanks to this, the house will be easy and inexpensive both to build and to maintain. The ground floor of the house is an open living area, with a living room, hall, dining room and open kitchen. Together, the rooms create a large common space. Additionally, on the ground floor there is a room - an office or a guest bedroom, a bathroom, a large garage and a boiler room. There is a small pantry next to the kitchen. Upstairs we have three nice bedrooms (parents' bedroom with wardrobe) and a very nice bathroom. There is also an additional room that can be used as a room, a home office, or a laundry room - a dressing room. Above the first floor we also have a large attic - a warehouse for household junk. House Project Emerald 5 it's a comfortable, convenient home. It has everything you could need from a real home. The modern appearance of the house, colors and materials create a coherent whole with the spacious interior. The house is energy efficient. Good insulation and modern installations allow it to be easily adapted to the NF40 standard.
