Tomaszek III NOVUM is a design response to the interest in single-family construction market in single-story houses. Tomaszek III Novum is a ready-made project of a popular single-story house, without a basement, designed in traditional brick technology. It is dedicated to a family of 4. The house has a simple shape based on a rectangular plan with an attic intended for storage purposes. A clear and functional layout of the rooms and a clear division into day and night zones gives a sense of comfort and convenience. The living area is designed as an open one, combining the functions of a living room, an open kitchen and a dining room. The hall has space for a useful pantry and a dressing room. The night zone (3 bedrooms) is organized around a centrally located bathroom. There is an exit from the living room to a covered terrace. The fireplace located in the center of the building allows for effective heat distribution throughout the house. The technical room is entered directly from the vestibule. Between the kitchen and the vestibule there is room for a second small bathroom with a shower.
The modern and simple appearance of the external structure makes the building very neutral and elegant. On the garden side, a practical undercut to the building has been designed, which will cover part of the terrace and protect the site from rainfall. At the front, the entrance area and parking space for a car are covered by an elegant shelter connected to the main body of the building.
