On the ground floor of the Wenus II house there is a living room, which is spatially connected to the dining room and kitchen. The residential function of the ground floor in the Wenus II project is complemented by: a handy pantry, a bathroom and a guest room/office. The utility room and two-car garage are accessible from the hall. In the attic there are three bedrooms, a dressing room accessible from one of the rooms, a bathroom and an attic that can be converted into an additional room. The project is available in a version with a single-car garage - Wenus and without a garage - Wenus III. The design can be used for semi-detached buildings.
