House design Willa Parterowa 3 is a one-story house for a family of 4-5 people, covered with a multi-slope roof built on a T-shaped projection. The usable area of the house is 140.02 m2 (volume 939 m3). This design is suitable for a narrower plot, with a deeper block entering more into the garden. The modern architecture of the building, with interesting materials and finishing details, is hidden under a traditional gentle roof covered with ceramic tiles. The building gives the impression of being neat and solid. Despite the small usable area, the house gives the impression of a large villa with a spreading shape. The silhouette of the exterior of the house has been made more attractive by horizontal divisions of the façade and large glazing. Windows combined with contrasting plaster inserts and wooden or wood-like cladding add an extra touch. We enter the interior through a wide door with a fanlight, through a spacious vestibule with wardrobes, connected to the garage, straight to the living space of the combined living room, hall and kitchen. The living area in the center of the house with windows across the entire interior, with a view of both the front of the property and the terrace with a garden, is a very advantageous solution. From the front we have a nice kitchen with an island, a pantry and a large wide window. From the terrace side - a well-arranged living room with a comfortable dining table and lounge furniture by the TV and fireplace wall. Wide sliding balcony doors open the interior to a beautiful partly roofed terrace. Above the part of the living room, an open ceiling space has been designed up to the roof slope, thanks to which the living room is higher and additionally illuminated by skylights in the roof slope. From the living room we get to two parts with bedrooms - the master's apartment at one end of the building and the other children's rooms on the opposite side of the interior. The part with children's bedrooms includes three rooms, a bathroom and a room for a washing machine, dryer and laundry baskets.
