Sophie

The Zosia house project is a single-family, single-storey house for a family of four to five people. The building is built on a square plan of 9.5 x 9.5 m, covered with a gable roof. The essence of the project is the simplicity of the shape combined with well-chosen proportions and interesting detail. The house was designed in two technologies - to choose from: traditional - brick, or prefabricated - from ready-made elements brought from the factory and assembled on the construction site using a crane. Inside, a comfortable four-room apartment with technical facilities was designed. The living room with a centrally positioned fireplace and a TV wall, connected to the hall and kitchen, gives a large single-space living interior. Additionally, three bedrooms, bathrooms and a boiler room complete the utility program. The Zosia house has a simple structure, is easy to build and will be inexpensive in later use. The studio also has a mirror image of Zosia.
