Flora it has a compact shape, in the form of irregularly flowing walls with numerous glazing. The shape of the roof is formed by a regular coating with an irregularly "flowing" eaves, resembling a mushroom cap in shape.
The roof's form is enriched by oval dormers, a skylight and a balcony that is a cutout in the roof. The roof is a shell, so it is difficult to define its geometry in a typical way, however, in accordance with the development conditions, the minimum roof angle (the angle of the tangent at its top) is 25°, and the maximum roof angle (the angle of the tangent at its furthest eaves) does not exceed 45° .
There is no typical ridge, but it can be found as a virtual arc line forming the top of the roof, the highest point of which is 8 m from the adjacent ground.
The building's façade will be made of natural stone, the joinery will be made of wood, also with bent glass, and the roof covering will be made of wild slate.
The building's shape, material and colors refer to forms found in nature rather than in urban areas. In accordance with the development conditions, all these features create harmony with the surroundings, organically fitting the unique form of the building into the landscape, especially the natural one.
